To help ensure that your Office files are accessible, use the Accessibility Checker, a free tool available in Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, and PowerPoint on Windows, Office Online, or Mac, and Visio on Windows.

The Subtitling Add-In for Microsoft PowerPoint (STAMP) helps Microsoft PowerPoint 2016, 2013 and 2010 users add closed captions to the video and audio files included in their presentations, which boosts their impact for those with hearing disabilities.

Captions are a great way to make content accessible for viewers. YouTube automatically create captions for your videos. The quality of these captions may vary and may require editing. Connect with the Centre for Teaching and Learning for more assistance.

Snook Colour Contrast Check
The Colour Contrast Check Tool allows to specify a foreground and a background colour and determine if they provide enough of a contrast when viewed by someone having color deficits or when viewed on a black and white screen.

Teams - Live Captioning
