How to Search Google Scholar

If you access Google Scholar from the Library Databases, you will see Get it @ Mohawk links that lead to full text articles in our databases.

Search Google Scholar

  1. Start by going to the Library homepage and clicking on the A -Z Databases link. Or by choosing the Databases link under Resources. where to find the A-Z database link on the homepage

  2. From the Database list, find the entry for Google Scholar and click on the title. where to find the google scholar link in the a to z list

  3. Type the title of the article into the search box and perform a search. type the title of the article into the search box

  4. If the article you are looking for is available in our collections, you will see the Get it @ Mohawk link. Click on the link to get to the article. example of the get it at mohawk link

  5. If the article is not in a collection that the Library subscribes to, you may need to click one more link to arrive at the full text of the article. example of an additional link to get to the article
