Full Text Finder Links


When searching for items in the online databases, you may see a Full Text Finder link under the Access options button in the results list. The Full Text Finder links you from an article abstract in one database to the full-text of an article in another database or website.

How To

  1. Click on the Access options button and click on the Get it @ Mohawk link.example of finding a get it at mohawk link

  2. Clicking on the full text finder link will take you to the record for the item in the Library catalogue. Choose a link in the Availability area to access the article.example of full text finder availability links in page one plus

  3. Clicking on a link in the Availability box will usually take you directly to the article. In some cases, the link will take you to a website where you will need to search for the article. Access the Archives area on the website and use the Date, Volume and Page Number from the items record in the catalogue to find the article. In this example, the record shows 2023, Vol.28, p64.
