Why are we testing?

We want to find out from our Mohawk students, what you think about our Chat Service. Is it easy to use, are there things we could improve on? We want any and all feedback!

What do I get for participating?

In appreciation for your time, you'll receive a $10 Starbucks gift card and select Library swag!

What do I need to do?

Testing consist of two sessions per person:

  • Session One: A Library staff member will sit with you while you submit a predetermined question to the Chat Service. We will ask you to share your thoughts as you interact with the service and at the end of the chat, ask you to complete a short online survey.
  • Session Two: You will be given a predetermined question to submit to the Chat Service while at home or on campus using your own computer or personal device. At the end of the chat, you will complete a short online survey.

Sessions will range in duration from 10-20 minutes and take place at any Mohawk College Library location.

How do I apply?
