Library Fines

In Person Payments

Pay outstanding fines in person with your ONE Card by visiting the Customer Service Desk at any Library location.

Credit/Debit Card Payments

Pay outstanding fines online with a credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or debit card (Visa) by visiting the MyMohawk website.

1. Log into MyMohawk
2. Choose Payments and Statements from the menu
3. Under How to make a payment, click the Pay online link
4. Enter the Payment Amount and click the Make Payment button
5. Enter the requested information and click the Pay button
6. Email the Library to notify us of your payment: askcirc@mohawkcollege.ca 

Please be sure to include your full name and student number in your email once you have made your payment.

Note: Credit Card payments may take 2-5 business days to process. The quickest method of payment is by visiting the Library and paying with funds on your ONE Card as the payment is processed immediately.

• Course Reserves (2 hour loans) - $1.00 per hour per item
• Course Reserves (Overnight & 3 day loans) - $1.00 per hour per item
• Calculators (Same day loans, due before closing) - $1.00 per hour per item
• iPhone/iPad and Android chargers (4 hour loans) - $1.00 per hour per item
• Ontario Park Passes - $1.00 per hour
• WebCams - $1.00 per hour

A hold will be placed on your Library account and your Mohawk College academic account preventing you from borrowing Library items, registering for courses, receiving grades, and requesting transcripts if:

• Items have not been returned
• Fines total $10.00 or more
• Fines have not been paid on an item which is overdue by 2 weeks or more

Account Holds are removed when fines are paid in full.
