The Inbox tool, accessed from the Global Navigation Menu, is also called Conversations or messages.
Copies of all messages are sent to your Mohawk email address, provided you have not changed the notification preferences.
It is recommended to leave all notifications preferences at the default settings. This will ensure that a copy of each message will be sent to your Mohawk email account.
When you receive a copy of an Inbox message, it will come from the following email address "email@example.com". You can respond to the message from Outlook or MyCanvas.
