Mohawk Email

Students can access their Mohawk email account in several ways. Use this guide to find instructions on how to access your email account online and how to set up your email account on your devices. When corresponding with other members of the college community, it is expected that you use your Mohawk college email account.

Your Mohawk email address always ends with and will start with one of the following formats:

  • firstname.lastname
  • firstname.lastname#
  • firstname.last-name
  • first-name.lastname
  • firstname.last-name#
  • first-name.lastname#
  • firstinitial.lastname

Do not use your 9-digit student number in your email address.

Mohawk Email Settings

To add your Mohawk email to Outlook, use the following information:

  • Select Exchange or Office 365.
  • Email Address:
  • Method: Username and Password
  • Server:
  • Username:
  • Password: The password you use to log in to email and eLearn.


Finding Your Mohawk Email Address

If you are not sure what your Mohawk Email address is, follow the steps below to find out:

Step 1: Log into
