Adobe Creative Cloud: Install Desktop Software

Step 1: Log in to Install Software

Visit the link below and use your Mohawk College email on the first login screen. The second screen will be the Mohawk login screen where you enter your MohawkID.

Step 2: Downloading the Desired Software

Select the Adobe software that you would like to download and click on Get desktop app, if the app you are looking for is not on the homepage, click on All your apps to see all the apps that are available to you.

Once you have selected an app, you will be taken to a software-specific page, where a download button can be located. Click on Download to start the download.

You may be prompted with Permission may be required from the IT administrator. Click on OK to proceed. If for any reason you do not have permission to access certain apps, contact the Mohawk IT Service Desk.

Follow the on-screen instructions to download the Adobe Installer onto your computer, Run or Save the installer to proceed.

Step 3: Installing Software

Note: The installation process may differ slightly depending on your operating system.

Running the installer may prompt an additional permission window, click on Yes to install.

Follow the on-screen instructions until the installation is completed.

Once the Adobe Installer has finished installing, it will begin to install your software. You can monitor its installation progress, and once the software installation is complete, you will be able to use the software.
